An additional benefit/feature with Yola is that it is easy to set up a PayPal shopping cart to sell items or collect donations. You can also create online forms to collect information from your site visitor. Believe me this is an excellent feature.
Although the boasting of 100% free, there are some costs involved.
1. Yola free – Allows you to create up to 5 free websites. Each website comes with 1GB of storage. 15MB is the maximum file size upload. Yola does not provide you with a domain name; it will cost you $19.95
2. Yola pro - Allows you to create up to 25 website s of 5GB
each. The maximum file upload size increases to 199MB. Once

I love the drag and drop website editor in Weebly. This feature works with photos, audio, documents, RSS feeds etc…
Another great plus to signing up with Weebly, there are no restrictions in terms of storage, limits on the number of pages or bandwidth. In addition, Weebly does not place advertisings on your site. Big check in my book..
The final pluses for Weebly.

Interested in creating a Flash Website? Wix.com may be just for you. Although advertised as a free website, it really isn’t.
Wix also utilizes a drag and drop interface. It offers four plans, not quite free but no cigar.
1. My domain plan. Under this plan you can use your own domain however ads and the company logo are added to your site. You receive 500MB of storage, no ecommerce shopping cart and your monthly agreement is priced at $4.95 per month.
2. Combo plan – This plan is ads free, comes without the company logo on your site and provides 1GB of storage. This plan will set you back $9.90 per month.
3. Unlimited plan – With this selection you get to use your own domain, your site is ads free. You receive 2.5 GB of storage and the cost is $14.90 per month
4. Ecommerce plan – The only choice if you are looking for an ecommerce shopping cart. This selection comes with 2.5GB of storage and will cost you $15.90 for the first 6 months. $19.90 thereafter.
Oh, also, Wix does not provide any email.

Webstarts.com – Webstarts has a pretty impressive look. It also embraces a drag and drop interface.

If you want to turn it up a notch Webstarts also lets you upload flash. Display it anywhere on the page you like.

The only minus is that there is no email and there is a Webstarts footer on every page.
