fresh new content has been added to your blog. Pinging sends out a

the pinging, it can be seen as spamming. Once or twice a day should be
more than enough.
6. Finally, submitting your blog to blog directories is an absolute
must. You will find that this is key to obtaining traffic and authority

these directories also provide great one way links to your site.
